Skeletons

  • Skeletons can be internal (endoskeletons) or external (exoskeletons)
  • The skeleton has the same jobs in both cases
  • Skeletons provide support
  • Skeletons provide Protection
  • Skeletons help things move

 

In some creatures the bones which make up the skeleton also produce parts of the blood

 

Some organisms do not have a bony skeleton like us they are called invertebrates
